Leo Finally Wins The Oscar

It’s been a long time coming for actor Leonardo DiCaprio when it comes to the Oscar.  Dating back to 1993’s What’s Eating Gilbert Grape when the then 19 year old Leo was nominated for Best Supporting Actor, of course, he lost, and then would be nominated again for Best Lead Actor in The Aviator, Blood Diamond, and the Wolf of Wall Street (how the fuck he didn’t get nominated and win for The Departed is beyond me), and of course he lost for each of those roles.

Given the fact that Leo has been often photographed with some of the most gorgeous women that Hollywood has to offer I stated to think maybe he had slept with the wrong woman because that seemed like the only logical explanation for him constantly being shunned.

That was until last night, sure it took a fucking bear mauling the shit out of him for him to win this Oscar, but he finally got it, and unlike other actors who have been given an Oscar after being countlessly  overlooked, Leo actually earned this Oscar and it was for a damn fine film.

I know you’ve heard this a lot in the last 12 hours (but we know you were waiting for our approval) but congratulations Leo on this win, you earned it.
