Daniel Craig to Sony “Show Me The MONEY!!!”

After he wrapped on the last James Bond film Spectre Daniel Craig said if he were to do another Bond movie it would be for the money since he was over the character at this point.  Well Sony speaking in their best Blowfield voice said “we call your bluff Mr. Bond.”

Reportedly Sony has offered Craig 150 million pounds which is just over $200 million US, HOLY SHIT!  Even though it seems Craig would rather jump in a vat of acid than play the British Secret Agent again, that’s a lot of money for just two films, especially when the films would reportedly film back to back.

For Craig this would mean that he could basically retire if he likes or just take his time picking roles he really wants to do.  I’m a shrill and not an “artist” so I’d take the fucking money, I’d take all the monies!

Though as a fan I think it’s time for a new Bond, not to mention a new direction where it’s not super serious.  I don’t need the cheesy ass later Rodger Moore Bond films, but, it being a little less Jason Bourne would be nice, something along the lines of Golden Eye (still the best Bond film) where it’s series but some what cheeky.

So what do you think dear reader?  Should he take the cash?  Do you want him back as Bond?  Let us know in the comments below.
