No Man Sky and Hello Games Being Investigated For False Advertising

Well the news just keeps getting worse and worse for Shaun Murray and Hello Games because the Advertising Standards Authority is the UK are investing No Man Sky’s Steam store front for false advertising.


steamMore specifically the game trailer featuring space battles, flying in formation with other ships, trade ships jumping in and out of hyper space, the speed to which you fly through hyper space.

So what happens if the ASA finds that No Man’s Sky is guilty of false advertisement?   Well not massive refunds like I’m sure many of you are hoping for, no all that will probably happen is that they’ll make Hello Games remove the trailer from their Steam store front.
